Scope
These terms govern use of the OwnersBest Mail Gateway. The gateway is an internal tool provided by OwnersBest to its sales agents. It is not offered to the public and it is not sold.
Connecting a mailbox
By connecting a mailbox you confirm that it is yours, or that you are authorised to connect it, and that you may lawfully permit OwnersBest to process the correspondence in it for the purpose set out in the privacy policy. You remain responsible for the content you send through the gateway.
What we will and will not do
We will use mailbox access only to match correspondence to property enquiries and to send messages you compose. We will not read your mailbox for any other purpose, use it for advertising, sell its contents, or use it to train machine-learning models.
Availability
The gateway is provided as-is. We do not guarantee it will be available without interruption, and it should not be relied on as the only record of a conversation. Keep your own mailbox as the authoritative copy of your correspondence.
Ending access
You may disconnect a mailbox at any time from your Google Account permissions page. We may disconnect a mailbox if the agent leaves OwnersBest, if access is being misused, or if we retire the service. Where we do so deliberately we will tell you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malta.
